The dialogue

1. Bonjour, je voudrais annuler mon rendez-vous.

   Hello, I would like to cancel my appointment.

2. D'accord, votre rendez-vous est à quelle heure ?

   All right, what time is your appointment?

3. C'est à trois heures. Je ne peux pas venir.

   It's at three o'clock. I can't come.

4. Très bien. Vous voulez un autre rendez-vous ?

   Very well. Do you want another appointment?

5. Non merci, je vais rappeler plus tard.

   No thanks, I'll call back later.

6. D'accord, ce n'est rien, pas de problème !

   All right, it's nothing, no problem!

7. Merci beaucoup, bonne journée !
