The dialogue

1. すみません、近く​に​病院​は​あります​か？

   sumimasen, chikaku ni byōin wa arimasu ka?

   Excuse me, is there a hospital nearby?

2. どう​しました​か？大丈夫​です​か？

   dō shimashita ka? daijōbu desu ka?

   What's wrong? Are you okay?

3. 少し​熱​が​あります。気分​も​悪いです。

   sukoshi netsu ga arimasu. kibun mo warui desu.

   I have a slight fever. I also feel sick.

4. 駅​の​前​に​病院​が​あります​よ。

   eki no mae ni byōin ga arimasu yo.

   There is a hospital in front of the station.

5. ここ​から​近いです​か？

   koko kara chikai desu ka?

   Is it near here?

6. はい、近いです。歩いて​5分​です。

   hai, chikai desu. aruite gofun desu.

   Yes, it's close. It's a five-minute walk.

7. わかりました。ありがとう​ございます。

   wakarimashita. arigatō gozaimasu.

   Understood. Thank you.
