   moshimoshi, konnichiwa.

   Hello, good afternoon.

   Hello. What's the matter?

3. すみません、今日​の​約束​です​が、行けません。

   sumimasen, kyō no yakusoku desu ga, ikemasen.

   I'm sorry, but about our plans today, I can't make it.

4. 大丈夫​です​か？熱​が​あります​か？

   daijōbu desu ka? netsu ga arimasu ka?

   Are you okay? Do you have a fever?

5. はい、少し​熱​が​あります。本当​に​ごめん​なさい。

   hai, sukoshi netsu ga arimasu. hontō ni gomen nasai.

   Yes, I have a slight fever. I'm really sorry.

6. わかりました。お大事​に​して​ください。

   wakarimashita. odaiji ni shite kudasai.

   Understood. Please take care of yourself.
